Giant defy 2012, size M,
 I am approx 178 cm, you probably don't want to be much taller. Geometry details are in the link.

The good

Aluminum endurance road frame from Giant. 
fittings for mudguards. 
Carbon fork. 
Running 25 mm tyres, possibly room for more. 
10 speed tiagra including mechs and shifters.

The bad

The rear wheel is in a poor state. The rear wheel probably either needs servicing or replacing. Front wheel is OK.
This bike has been well used in all weather i.e. approx 10K km. It has also been in storage for a whilst with a different set of wheels.  
The gears will most likely need a tune, but cassette and mechs should be ok for more mileage. 
Basically it needs a service.

 

And the ugly

I bought this new in the UK, therefore the brakes are cabled the wrong way round!
The brake cables could also do with being replaced, so a good excuse to swap them round.
The flat pedals can go with the bike if you really want, but I wouldn't mind keeping them either.
