CHARACTERISTICS
The ROKET X picks up where other bikes have long given up: in remote places nobody can get to. Ideal for backpackers, for instance, who want to spend a weekend in the Alps and hit several spots on their way. Designed for minimum maintenance, it comes with a lightweight, absolutely carefree 12-speed C1.12 transmission by Pinion, which seals itself off perfectly from the rough world outside. Another feature of the X package: a dropper seatpost, a Boost hub dynamo which we co-developed for special, demanding condition. And for those who still need more: Thanks to Boost at the front and back, the bike can be transformed into an aggressive Hardtrail with a 29" wheelset.
