I purchased from ICAN in 2020 (when no bikes were available) and used it to train for and ride Saimaa Cycle Tour. One negative is the custom paint job, I have a coaching business www.givenperformance.com and had the company logos placed on the bike. If you don't like this the frame could be repainted. I really need to sell this so will consider all offers.

Does it include axles? Headset? And the seatpost look like its missing parts

Yes, I have all the spare pieces front and back thru axels, headset, bits for the seat post. All included.
