Description: The frame is made in Finland, it is heavy so assuming it is hi-ten steel.Except for the wheels, I pretty much swap everything to better components and converted to 1x7speed which is quite good for city cruising. Even though the frame has a few rust spots, I used a rust converter so should be solid. These 26inch wheels are packed with new grease and run well. This bike fits 165cm up to 180cm. I also have original both mudguards and rear carrier. If you have questions, please ask.
