Touring Bike 54-56cm

Looking to buy a 2nd hand touring bike, in good condition with a good gear range.

Needs to have possibilities to attach fenders, racks etc.

I have been looking at the Genesis Croix de Fer and some Surly models for points of reference. 

All bikes considered.
