Columbus Cromor frame, 2767g. Tange Stylus fork, 826g. Frame in good condition, all threads work, no dents or worrisome areas. There is normal wear and tear. Probably comes from somewhere from the first half of the 90s. 37mm tire fit well, there is probably clearance for more. A good basis to build yourself a lovely steel gravel, touring or city bike. Very nice shiny paintjob in Diablo Red (the paintwork is discontinued so you can't get the same paintwork as new anymore!) Very versatile Double-Butted Chromoly Steel Frame & Fork. Lovely segmented fork. Has all attachment points for bikepacking and everything else. Capable for belt drive i.e. there is a splitting place in the rear triangle. There's a rocker-dropout also which makes it capable of singlespeed/fixie or internal hub use! The condition I'd say is around 9,5/10. Only one small chip in paint (but is not through paint) and a few insignificant scratches that the new owner will probably have in a first month. I'd gladly sell it with headset (FSA Orbit) and bottom bracket (Shimano UN-300) for 600€. All other parts are available also if interested. New frameset costs 799€ at the moment. The main goal of the setup was to achieve a robust, practical and easily maintainable bike. The frame has a lot of all kinds of attachment points, and according to the manufacturer’s spec, you can put 45mm tires with mudguards under it if you want. Without fenders you should be able to go until 50mm. The bike has seen much care, never had any crashes. To my knowledge, there are only two single paint dings on the frame, also probably some other superficial scratches. It’s basically as good as new. The total mileage is just under 1000km. The tyres are set up tubeless. The chain has been cleaned of oil and the entire drivetrain has only worked on wax. Only been assembled and had a short test ride (max 1 km). The frame has very little traces of assembly (i.e fork dropouts). Steerer tube uncut, so the new owner can get it cut as wished. Finalized my build with the V1 late autumn of last year and I didn't have the heart to take the bike out for riding and decided to keep it for spring. Meanwhile I happened to get a CXC V3 frameset and decided to transfer parts to the new one. So this CXC V1 would be happy to find a new owner. Asking 480€ for the frameset.
